There are so many wonderful things about this office and practice. First of all, Dr Seth met me in the waiting room. Like wtf, what dentist comes out from their comfy dentist office chair to literally call you back from the waiting room?! Right off the bat, you know he’s a quality dude. Extremely friendly, makes sure your comfort, understanding and agreement is all in place before doing anything. Then there is Fabiana who took over for X-rays and pictures and set up and assisting with everything. She is a wonder woman, amazing at her job, super friendly and explains everything before and as she does it. I was never caught by surprise in this office. Then there’s Diego, the hygienist that did my deep cleaning. Again extremely friendly and professional who gave me good hygiene tips and teaching without sounding critical or judgmental. Literally everyone I spoke to on the phone before the appointment and during the appointment was helpful and invested in helping me achieve my oral health and cosmetic goals. The space is clean and bright and well organized. MyChart check in and reminders make everything easy and efficient. Scheduling was breezy. Whoever helped me with the financial side of things and setting up a payment plan (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) was EXCEPTIONAL at walking me through the cost of every item on my mouth-to-do-list as well as estimates of insurance payments and such. Everything is done right in front of you with such precise transparency, I had no worries about what my money was going towards. I really could not recommend this modern, technology-forward, experienced, clean, transparent, open and friendly dental team. I actually look forward to going back. And that is literally the first time I’ve ever said that about a dentist. Thank you for the new smile, everyone at AB Modern Dental! 🙏💕🙏
