Dr. Lutjemeyer is very personable and takes his time addressing concerns. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. The young woman at the front desk, Sasha, was especially warm and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 full stars was because my hygienist said she would perform an oral cancer screening then shut off the lights. She shone a light in my mouth and about one minute later, the lights in the room were back on. I was unpleasantly surprised to learn I was being charged for the screening given that I did NOT request it, and I wasn't informed it was an added cost. I'm not saying it isn't important: I am saying additional out of pocket expenses should be approved rather than performed then billed. The woman at the front desk handled my concerns adequately, so I would go back.
